Star Wars fans are indebted to G5 Macs for the restoration and transcription of the original trilogy onto DVD set to come out 9-21. Supposedly over 80 G5's were used to digitally edit and smooth the films as well as add some touch-ups to the Special Edition CGI scenes. So I must bow down to the Macintosh universe for becoming "a new hope" for restoring older films.

Thank you, thank you. But then again, we all know that practically every digital effect in the movies is Mac produced.
Gee, its a wonder what we can do with a one button mouse, eh jake?

hell, i got no problem with macs. In fact i almost bought a mac when i got me new comp., but decided on this 1 instead. Apple released something new the other day, does anyone kno wat it is? I kant remember, i heard them say it on the screen savers though.

That is indeed a damn nice computer. Its as powerful as they come, and as sleek as they come. Apple really knows how to make them.
