Well Since Averatar Retired, doesnt the Guild now belong to Jib? And if it does, doesnt that meant that all the Guild gold and items also fall into Jib's posession?

Of course. Except all of the items have long since expired, and there is possibly three gold left.
You do get the farm, however, which is a legal OOP location.
